Can i withdraw money from my pokerstars account even though i never deposited any?

You can't use any of the electronic withdrawal methods because they require a deposit first but cheque you can request.

They might ask for scanned ID before sending though.

As for bonus no if you take money out after a bonus is announced you can't get the bonus.

Here's a better question for you. If you withdraw your money. Since you haven't deposited yet. Can you re deposit this money and use it with a bonus code to get the extra % they offer. And then withdraw again.

Me and my roomate have been discussing this cause he has an account thats the same. He made $ just from freerolls and cheap tournys.

You can get your money via check in the mail, however, you have to have the ammount that covers the min allowed.  You also need a method of varification,  you know to make sure you are old enough and who you say you are, if I am not mistaken.
