Can i withdraw money on a visa gift debit card?

Question

Im going to Mexico and i have about 300 dollars tthat i have and my grandparents are gona give me more (im 14 years old)

My parents and I were discussing if i should get a via debit gift card...

Do they make a Visa Debit card for 14 year old that you can withdraw money on a ATM. Can a Visa Gift Card withdraw money on a ATM?

What the Best way to do this if i can

You can get a Visa Buxx Card which is a pre- paid card for Teens.Some banks allow its use at ATM machines to withdraw cash,but your parents have to ask for this feature in advance.

No, you cannot take money at the ATM using a visa gift card or any other bank issued gift card (AMEX, Discover, or Mastercard). The only gift card that allows this is the Visa Reloadable Prepaid Card, but you have to be 18 to purchase this. You can give your money to your parents and let them buy one for you.
