no, you need a work visa no matter where you are from ,and each country has it's own law on visas ,especially work visas

Nope. UK ancestry means UK only. Try going for a schengen visa ( http://www.eurovisa.info/ ) if you really want to work in general Europe although it does tend to depend on which country you want.

You can work in the UK but not in the rest of the EU. If the ancestry comes from a parent or grandparent you can apply for citizenship. This will allow you to work anywhere within the EU. Check first with your current country as to what doing this will mean.

In principal no - a UK ancestry visa should only allow you to work in the UK. When you have lived in the UK for a number of years you can become a UK citizen.
