Can i work legelly in germany on tourist visa.?

i am staying in india. i wanna work in germany i can speak germany and my friend living there. i can go der on tourist visa so tell me how can i work der without work visa but legelly.....

cuz i dont kno any company's der who will send me work visa so i hv to go der and den i hv to find job.

or can i swap my tourist visa in work visa after i got job der...

No you can't. As you said, you have a tourist visa which does not constitute the right to work. In order to work you need in working permit, which you won't get in connection with a tourist visa. No company would engage you, since that would be illegal.

I am sorry but no.  You will not be allowed to work.  You need a working visa BEFORE you leave India.
