Can ice or hot compression help acne?

Question

So i have pretty bad acne but i was wondering whether using a hot compression on my face would help. Or would using an ice pack help too?

O yea is there anyway to slow down or stop as much as possible oil production?

not as far as i know, i suffered for 20 years with acne, the best thing is to see a dermatologist, he sorted my acne out.

i tried almost everything on the market at one time or other, all the happens is your bank balances dwindles
