Can illegal immigrants fly?

can illegals fly baack to their country willing with out have been forced to leave by immigration? she doesnt want to turn her self in and is willing to pay for the ticket is that possible?

Sure, she can fly out of here but she can´t come back. Not, legally anyways which I guess isn´t an issue for her.

ibu guru is correct. She can fly to leave and whats more if she is  stopped by ICE, upon seeing that she is ticketed to go to her home-country, will most-likely let her leave voluntarily. However, there is a ten year bar on returning to the US legally. If she is hoping to return before then (with a visa, whether it is for work, study, or visiting) she will have to apply for a waiver. The best option would be to then hire a lawyer to help get through the procedure. I would consult with one before she leaves though. Once you leave the country, its a new set of rules.

She needs only her plane ticket & proof of citizenship from her country of citizenship (passport, Mexicans can use their matricula consular) to be readmitted to her country.  ICE will be at the airport & may stop her (no valid US visa when she checks out).  She will have to tell them she wants to return immediately to her own country.  She will be barred from re-entry, but it may be a shorter term than if she were deported.  And she avoids the whole arrest, detention, deportation scene.  Voluntary departure is a lot easier than deportation.

Her passport is going to be checked at the point of departure. They will see that she has exceeded her entrance visa or has none. Then what do you think is going to happen? If she did get an entrance visa and it just expired I am not sure what the policy is- my uncle's wife exceeded her entrance visa by 12 months, but she went back without any problems at the airport, she just could not come back for a period of time.
