Can illegal immigrants travel back and forth with a z visa?

when the illegal immigrants get a z visa can they travel with it to other countries.

If enacted, a proposed plan for immigration reform would create a new merit-based immigration system and provide a path to citizenship for those who have entered the United States illegally. The z visas will only relate to illegals entering the U.S. If the law isn't passed they can continue to hop fences.

The US Z visa is not yet a reality, but even when it is, a US visa can only be used to seek entry into the US.
