  1. no and can burglars make the same argument?

  2. no...a law is a law...not to be broken!

  3. yes. what would you do if your loved ones cant eat. i'd say f... the law. and by breaking the law i talk about enterring the country illegaly, not killing someone

  4. Not with me.

  5. No. My life would be better if I had more money but you don't see me robbing banks.

  6. NO

  7. I want a better life so I should be able to shoot illegal immigrants? What's fair is fair right?

  8. In San Francisco lollipop-sunshine-rainbow land they can.

  9. No its not justified. Its ridiculous.  Do it the right way or dont come here.  I live in TX which is illegal central.  Its ridiculous the free benefits they get for being here and how crowded our classrooms are with the students who shouldnt be here in the first place.  My tax dollars pay for their WIC, Medicaid, CHIPS, Food Stamps and education. Yet I have to pay out of my pocket for everything for my child.  I had to pay over 12000 dollars to give birth to my son and yet some illegal comes and gives birth and doesnt pay squat.  Its horse pucky and enough is enough.

  10. if they can, i'd like to use that excuse to rob a bank. i could really use a vacation.

  11. No.  Can bank robbers use the same excuse?

  12. no way jose

  13. "Can" they? Sure. They can and they do.

"Should" they? No. I think people should fight bad law by working WITHIN the system to change it.

Is it "bad law"? YES!!!!!!!   The red tape and waiting periods to get over here are ridiculous and very different than they were for Grandma and Grandpa.

For people that ARE willing to work and contribute to our society why should they have to wait upwards of 10 years or more PARTICULARLY when they have LEGAL family members already HERE?

  14. They can use it but does it work? NO

  15. If they can, then I can use the 'I'm hungry' defense to justify stealing.  Or 'I need to use the bathroom really, really bad' to justify speeding.  There is no defense for breaking the law.  They can work to come here LEGALLY.

  16. Only if I can justify wanting our laws enforced "because I want a better life for my family".

Seriously though, no.  Its an excuse that doesn't work with me.  There are a lot of things I want that would make my life better, but I would never dream of breaking laws to get them.

  17. thats quite a display of ignorance you put up there. i couldnt agree with DEATH TO RIGHTWINGERS more. youve never been there so you have no friggin clue.

  18. there isn,t a good defense for breaking the law. i would love to have a better life but i can,t break into my neighbors mansion, steal a mercedes or rob a bank because i think i deserve it. i just work hard in the country i was born in, love my family, educate myself and thank god for my next breath.

  19. Can they?  Well they are.

    Should they?  Of course not.

Didn't the Enron executives abuse the company pension fund just in order to better their own lives?  And the difference would be.....what again?????  THe employees of Enron paid the price as the executives bettered their own lives.

And the US Citizens pay the price as the illegal alien criminals better their own lives.

    Same difference.

  20. Not at all. To their eyes you still dangerous and foreigner and home land security will look at you in that manor.

  21. yes u can but your chances of winning are slim..........if u look at all the cases recorded up to date most immigrants get to use this and get citizenship if u have the right things

  22. Yes, they certainly can.
