I've seen it done with snowmobile engines{2stroke} Try to find something a little bigger that can hit HIGH rpms. Just remember with an ultralight weight is an issue.

NO not enough revs for a prop

you need a two stroke  as large of a displacement as you can find -try to stay under 100 pounds -lots-under if you can
