I filed I-130 petition for my immediate relative. I want to file I-129F. Does anyone knows if the I-129 could be filed abroad where the marriage took place? Could the immediate relative apply for visitor visa for USA by letting the consular section up in front that the petition has been filed.

  1. Are you trying to apply for a K3 visa or IR1/CR1?

  2. The I-129F is filed concurrently with the the I-130 and sent to the USCIS same address.

You could apply for a B2 also, but the chances of this being granted are slim to none due to a pending I-130 petition. A B2 is a non-immigrant visa and is used for non-immigrant purposes by filing an I-130, this shows immigrant intent.
