Can immigraion complaint taken back against bank at the immigration counter at the airport?

i was working in uae and resigned, came back to india due to some personal reson. i had taken small loan and i was using credit cards. unfortunately i couldnt pay before leaving uae. now i want to go to uae in visit visa. i will pay the money but i dont have full amount with me now. banks like ADCB, RAK, SCB and NBQ has made complaint against me at the immigration. what is the solution? i had mail to the banks but no reply i recieve yet. i think bank need money and i will pay slowly once i will go to uae. i will search a job and pay i am sure. but now i want to pay minimum installment at the immigration counter or is there any other option? if bank will take the complaint back before arrival at the airport will be easy for me. what should i do... pls give me suggestion whom i will contact before flying to uae? or pls give me more idea...

  1. Unfortunately there is no way to get the banks to withdraw their complaints,unless you settle your dues fully.In your own interest,you would be well advised to arrange for the repayment by seeking the help of your friends and relatives

  2. there is no connections between banks and immigration. immegration authorities do not collect money ( instalments on behalf of banks ) the best way for you is to forget about going back to uae. taking loan and not giving the money back in uae is quite serious and i also doubt that u will get a tourist visa if the immigration department has taken the complaints from banks seriously. there is nothing u can do about it sitting in India. If u have friends in uae, ask them to pay off your bills, ask the banks to withdraw the complaint and then u can pay your friends when u go to uae.
