Question:

Can immigrants still go to a community college or a 4 year college with a continuation school diploma?

i have a friend that was born in mexico but he really wants to go to a community college or if lucky a 4 year college. can my friend still be accepted to neither one with their continuation school graduate diploma?even though hes an immigrant? or what can they do to achieve it.

  1. Yes he can. Actually most of students in southern california are immingrants and transfer to the best universities like UCLA. He can go to any school in the state he wants.

  2. the question is  Is he an illegal alien ??? or is he a legal one? because if he is illegal then he cannot go anywhere. If he has H4 visa then he can apply for loans like a permanent resident . If he has an international student visa then he will pay the highest fee.
