When I googled this, the codeine kind kept showing up. So I didn't want 20 answers about codeine...

  1. Not that I know of.  Are you giving it to your infant too often or in to high of a dose - if so, maybe, who knows.  Ask your doc if it's bothering you.

  2. i don't think so i give to my son and he doesn't get constipated it may be the milk check with your doctor

  3. I've never heard of that happening. I do know you should never buy the tylenol with dye in it as dye can make children hyper.

p.s. I don't think they make infant tylenol with codiene in it.

  4. I don't think so. Mine were never constipated from infant tylenol. Call a pharmacist or your doctor would be my suggestion.

  5. It can .    And they do not make tylenol with codeine for infants.

  6. It shouldn't.

  7. You have to get a RX for anything with codeine in it.  And the tylenol has never made my daughter constipated.

  8. It never happened to my daughter, but i've only given it to her twice for shots. I would have to say it might depend on how often your baby is getting the Tylenol. Constipation is usually caused by the type of milk your feeding your baby. Especially any with Iron. I had to switch from the enfamil with iron when my daughter was about 1 1/2.

i would say after 2 days call your pediatrician! Good luck!
