Can insufficient checks left unpaid revoke your work visa in America?

Question

This man has written an insufficient check for over $30,000 a year ago to a company. Is that grounds for investigation for him to continue living in America & run a business with an E1 work Visa? He's from Sweden.

that is a lot of fraud bucks -- i think it would warrant a look see!!!

You would have to contact ICE.

If not, it should be grounds to revoke his visa.
