  1. Yes it can. Being anxious or sad can tense up your whole body and cause aches and pains. You can also feel very fatigued.

See your doc if you don't feel better soon. Good Luck! :)

  2. Yes it can i can make your body feel very tiered and warn out.

  3. yes.  Your mind is very powerful and could literally cause physical injury to your body depending on the situation

  4. It definitely can. Any intense emotions can. When someone is suffering depression, they can have aches and pains in places that have no explanation. With anxiety, people can have chest pains. Fear can cause upset stomachs and headaches.

Grief can cause many aches and pains. It is normal. To overcome these, there are several things that can be tried. Massages may work, relaxation techniques, deep breathing, focusing on the particular stop and tighten and relax it might help.

It might be helpful to have short term therapy. No more than 6 weeks or so. Being able to express feeling will help relieve the pain. Knowing that you are not alone and you are responding normal can help. Gaining some skills to help as things come up will help relieve the pain and help with it in the future.

    Good Luck!!!

  5. Wow -it can do much more than that

  6. Yes it can.  It's called somatization.  It's when you have psychological symptoms and transfer them to your body.  A lot of people do that.  Grief is a hard thing to deal with.  You might want to get checked out though to make sure there's no physical reason for your pain.
