  1. You'll need a work permit won't you?

  2. usually no. especially if you came to the U.S on a student visa.

  3. As an international student on an F-1 (student) visa you are permitted to work 20 hours per week during semesters and 40 hours per week during the holidays but ALL employment must be carried out on-campus. This means that working in a bar, resturant or grocery store etc is not permitted.

You must find employment on-campus i.e. working as a parking attendent, in the school's libarary or in the bookstore. Visit the campus employment office or various departments within the campus and fill out an application form. No work permit or visa is required for this.
