  1. No i dont think so, it might be because your body is 'tired' because the low iron. I also have anemia(iron deficiency) and know what you are going through, Ive done research and found this symptoms:

        * Weakness

        * Pale skin

        * A fast or irregular heartbeat

        * Shortness of breath

        * Chest pain

        * Dizziness

        * Cognitive problems

        * Numbness or coldness in your extremities

        * Headache

  2. it can be calcium or phosphorus deficiency, maybe some others. I've never heard of iron def. doing that.

    Fibromyalgia, over-use of muscles, M.S. maybe

  3. No that's a potassium deficiency. Eat a banana.
