  1. Sure, just tape a paper towel to the bottom of your foot. It will be just as effective as the "real" thing.

  2. Foot pads turn black when you put distilled water on them--and that's pretty clean water.  So, you probably don't need to try to make your own. The best detox plan: eat a healthy diet, get lots of exercise, and drink lots of water.  Let your liver and kidneys do the rest like nature intended.

  3. Foot detox pads don't work.  They merely contain salts that react with your body moisture to change colors.

But, if you insist on wasting your time and money, you can add vinegar and tourmaline crystals to some maxipads.

  4. You can actually make a paste of powdered herbs, clay and rice flour. Moisten it with water then apply it to a large bandade-type adhesive. The herbs will be absorbed to stimulate organ systems that are responsible for clearing toxins from the body, and the clay draws out toxins. Specific herbs that aid in eliminating toxins from the body might include yellow dock, burdock, and heal all.

  5. Don't waste time and money on such a rediculous thing.  There is no possible way that all of the toxins can migrate through skin, especially the feet.  Especially if you are not following a detox diet of any sort.

Again, don't buy the real thing, and don't waste energy on making a copy.

But if you must, I suggest you take a couple of dry maxi pads and tape them to your feet.  It will be just as effective!
