I never had s*x before but this month i have missed my period and ive been getting stomach pains, i also had some period spotting. My period has been regular for the past few years but this month was all messed up. Am I pregnant? I can't be but why did I get period spotting and why is my stomach hurting?

If you have had s*x then you should wait to see of you get a period. If you don't in the next week or so take a test.

If you haven't had s*x then you're not pregnant. The stomach pains could be anything from extreme cramps to food poisoning, I wouldn't worry too much unless it lasts for the next few days. A good night sleep plenty of water should fix that right up. As for spotting, I don't know what to tell you but I still wouldn't be too concerned. See your doctor if you're worried about it.
