couple jointly purchased a land & registered it in their name-jointly. a house was constructed on the land with help of bk loan. once the property has been completed, is it mandatory that the property be registered in the same persons in whose name the land was brought or can it be registered in diff persons name. pls note that the bk loan was also taken jointly in name of couple and the emi is being paid nw by the husband. request pls clarify.
