Can it be possible to have multi-ethnic heritage even though my parents are from west africa? and...?

could it be possible and how much are DNA tests?....okay i also know 4 sure that i have oriental heritage from a great great grandmother...but not sure if there could be other ethnic/races in my ancestry.

Certainly it is possible.  Africa was visited by all sorts of people since the dawn of time.  Mitochondrial DNA is passed from mother to daughter, so you may luck out if you are her matrilineal descendent.

Not sure of DNA test costs, they keep discovering new things all the time.
