  1. yes if a storm blows in.

  2. Yes, it can.

  3. Yes.

It can hail anytime at any place, summer, fall, winter or spring.

Hail occurs when a thunderstorm with a lot of updraft (wind go up into the storm) pushes water drops into the atmosphere, causing them to freeze. They get too heavy for the wind, and fall down again, sometimes they get picked up by the wind again before they leave the cloud, get coated with more water, and freeze into bigger balls.

The more convective and tall and thunderstorm is, the larger then hail is. Hail usually won't last long. Stay back from windows.

  4. It really depends on where you live. If you live in the Southern hemisphere, it is possible, since they have summer when the Northern Hemisphere is experiencing winter. If you are living in one of those countries when weather is constantly changing, it is possible. I remember a time when it hailed in May. But June is a type of month with the summer approaching and most people living in the Northern Hemisphere are most likely to be going through warm weather. It would be really interesting if it hailed in the middle of June in Florida or California. Sometimes weather has its ups and downs and you really don't know what's happening. It's not normal and it's not freaky, it really depends. But there are constant floods occuring and cyclones and what not. Weather and climate is predictable but it might be surprising at times.
