I'm a Sag girl born nov. 23, 1985. I really like him and he talked to me recently and told me to text him, but I never did. should I? why doesn't he make the effort and how do I know if he's interested?

Every legitimate scientific study of astrology has shown it to have no predictive value.  Horoscopes play on human psychology to entice people to believe that what they say has specific characteristics that apply to your life when it reality they are generic statements that apply to most people.  If you like this guy don't let some ridiculous notion about your "sign" prevent you from contacting him.  

Also, as a guy, I appreciate when a woman makes the first move and makes it known she is interested so I don't feel uncomfortable making a move when she might not be into me.  I suggest doing something that shows interest but is not too overt and see his response to gauge his interest level.
