Can itzcard can be used as a virtual credit card.. i want to pay 15,000 for my application of admission?

actually i want to pay apllication fee for admission in an australian university for that they need a credit card number.. But problem is I Dont Have Any Credit Card.. so i want to know whether itzcard can be used as a virtual credit card for that purpose.. i want to pay Rs.15000 to them for that.. kindly help me out in this as soon as possible.. thank you..

no itz card cannot be used as a credit card or a debit card.

it is a branded card meant only for specific needs. that too in india only

I have no idea what an itzcard is, but perhaps you can pay by pay pal. Pay pal comes out of your bank account (either checking or savings), there is a slight fee for the service. You'll need to ask the school if you can pay by pay pal, though.

i am not sure about itzcard.but you can make the payment by any netbanking account.you can also make a virtual credit card by make a payment by 8$.
