Can jealousy be a good thing? If so, how? ?

Please no references to the "jealousy of God" I am referring specifically to jealousy that a human might have.

a little bit of jealousy is a good thing. but too much can certainly destroy a relationship.

being jealous is a good thing but too much of it can really drive someone away

Some jealousy is normal and if there isnt any then there isnt love... they go hand-in-hand ....however too much can cause problems

I think jealousy doesn't do any good.  It hurts both people, drives relationships apart, and keeps people from really loving themselves and others.  Jealousy leads to mistrust and soon drives wedges between people.

A tiny bit of jealousy is actually flattering. Anything more is problematic.
