Im doing a research, and part of it is to find out about the knowledge of staff, management and business owners when it comes to hygiene, health and safety (including provided training). Mainly Fast food and Dining-Out Restaurants.
So what I wanna know is, can just anyone own a restaurant? I know they need a licence for their business, but do they need any training or certificates?! I think it would be ridiculous for just anyone to create a public eating place.
And any other information on this topic would be MUCH appreciated, links, anything, cos I'll be glad for some extra research =)
