Can kissing a smoker get you addicted to it?

I have heard people who did not smoke and married a smoker ended up becoming one. Is it because of kissing a smoker or just getting pressured into it by their spouse.

Has that happened to anyone? If it did are you regretting it or do you enjoy it?

Anyone who picks up such a deadly habit should regret it. As well, their partner should smoke outside if they aren't going to quit... second hand smoke is known to be worse.

You can get addicted to the smoker, or you can get addicted to the kissing, but kissing a smoker cannot cause smoking, unless he/she blows smoke in your mouth when you kiss.  Like anything, if you are around it enough, you can pick up the habit.  If you hang with people who stop and get a donut every morning, sooner or later you are going to try one.  If you go to bars every night with people who drink, sooner or later you will probably have one.  We are usually only as good as the company we keep.  If you are worried about it, I suggest avoiding smokers.  Or exercise your considerable influence and help them quit.  Good luck.
