Ok i'm 177 cm at 17 years, I used to be the tallest in my class up until the ninth grade. I'm ashamed to admit that I stopped exercising at that point, well anyway my joints are always hurting and my back and knees too. I want to know if lack of exercise can stunt your growth and if I can reverse any of this.

  1. If anything, exercising, especially exercising your legs, would increase your growth.  Your back and knees probably hurt from carrying a really heavy backpack or something to school.  Like what happens with me.  But when I was like 10 yrs. old, my back was hurting and I had a kidney infection.  Nothing totally bad about kidney infections; you just like have to take some medicine and go to the doctor.  You'd know if you have a kidney/bladder infection if it hurt to pee and your pee was darker than normal.

  2. You should start your own exersise routine thats what I did. I did like 20 pushups and 30 sit ups for like a year and it helpd me become more active and a lil taller and It also help me push myself to do things.
