Can lactaid milk make you grow?

like what's the difference between both of them and will i be able to grow drinking it?

  1. Lactaid is pasteurized milk with the lactose sugar removed. Pasteurized milk actually has little food value in it because all of the enzymes needed for absorbing the nutrients have been killed by the heat. As a result, most people have a really hard time digesting milk and pasteurized dairy products because most of it just has to be eliminated.

    Plenty of water and exercise and a balanced diet will help you to grow all that you can.


  2. lactaid isssss milk...its just milk with the enzyme added to it so you can digest it...i love the stuff ahaha...but i dont know about the growing thing..i woudl imagine it would do the same as normal milk, because ulitimatley it is milk..but that doesnt matter in my case cause im 15 and 5'11" lol
