  1. Yes it can,you just have to sand the old top for the glue to adhere.


  2. Yes, but they will be 2-3" higher than normal.  Better to remove

  3. No, you will have to remove the old counter top and sand and remove all glue and nails, then you can put the new one on.

  4. As long as the old one is not loose anywhere. Wetsand the surface of the old one to remove any shine before you apply the glue.
