Can large amounts of gold be found in Arizona?

Not me but them. Can they find riches in gold in Arizona?

There was a lot of gold sold at a recent federal auction in phoenix :)

While there is more gold in AZ than in many other places, there isn't enough to make it worthwhile except as a hobby.  The superstition mountains are a good place to explore.
