Question:

Can lifejakcets drown u? please read details before answering!?

OKay so if i wear a lifejacket and jump in a 10-12 ft pool...will i go 2 da bottom of da pool... and out a of curiousity are their chances of drowning? not for me but like for any1? and off a diving board?

  1. Why would that drown you? Lifejackets are flotation devices, meaning they keep you above water if worn correctly. Off a diving board, you'd prolly go a couple feet below the waterline and then just float back up.

    And why WOULDN'T you be able to wear your glasses? It's possible. I don't when I swim just because glasses get wet and fog up and you can't see anyways but it's still possible to wear glasses.


  2. u wont drown w/ a life jacket. it keeps u up. i mean, ur gonna sink a couple of feet down wen u jump in, but u wont drown. and u shuldnt wear ur glasses in the pool unless u want them wet, and possibly gone.
