Can you out-run lightning? I say the answer is yes, lightning can strike you if you are running.

Sure, it can also strike when your are standing still, when you are hopping, skipping, jumping, walking, so best advice to you, don't go outside when there is going to be lightning

It can strike you if you are inside your  house.

However, if you are outside running or just standing around in a lightning storm your chances of being hit are much greater.

I am not sure what you are asking, but you should always get inside when a storm approaches.
