Can lois from family guy hear stewie?

Can she. Because it looks like no one does. Only brian can, i guess. How does she not know that he wants to kill her? Why does he want to kill he anyway?

hahaha good question, I've always wondered that too.

But I really don't think she can, but then sometimes she acts like she does...

lets just leave it at the fact that she cant :)

In interviews, the writers have said that sometimes people can understand Stewie and sometimes they can't, but it's not really predictable. They just do whichever is more useful to them for the plot; sometimes is works better for Lois to understand, but usually it doesn't. The only real consistency is Brian, who can always understand him.

As for Stewie wanting to kill Lois, that whole angle has basically disappeared over the past couple of seasons (I think the writers discovered other things about Stewie that they preferred to explore), though it did come back for the "Stewie Kills Lois/Lois Kills Stewie" episodes last season.

This was addressed by MacFarlane at some point but I can't remember when or where at the moment. But, if I do remember correctly, he stated that everyone can hear him, but that Brian is the only one who really understands him. The rest just think it's random baby talk.
