Magnesium and leg cramps..?

I have had leg cramps my entire life (especially bad knees). I just spotted a magnesium supplement in my house and on the back it read symptoms of magnesium deficiency: leg cramps, migraines, fatigue." I have felt and complained of both fatigue and leg cramps for as long as i can remember.

what will happen if i start taking this supplement but i don't really need it????

  1. Try taking 2 tablet twice a day. If you take too much magnesium, it will make your bowels loose. Otherwise just back off the dosage and see if it helps.

  2. For your leg cramps you might try oyster shell pills  . you can find them in the grocery store or any place that sells vitamins
