You have asked through lead.Yes it is possible. Any material passes the magnectic waves.But the  rate of conduction of magnetic waves differs from metal to metal.

Depending on the thickness of the led and strength of the magnet can determine whether or not it can attract another magnet or attracted metal on the other side of the led.

I know that led blocks out most radiation, I never personally did an experiment on whether or not led can deflect or absorbe magnetic waves.
