  1. You have asked through lead.Yes it is possible. Any material passes the magnectic waves. But the  rate of conduction of magnetic waves differs from metal to metal.

  2. Materials that are attracted to a magnet are called magnetic materials. These include iron, cobalt, nickel, and some rare earth elements. It should be noted that all these materials are metals, but not all metals are magnetic. Aluminum, copper, lead, gold, and silver are examples of metals that are not attracted to a magnet. Materials that are not attracted to a magnet are non-magnetic

Depending on the thickness of the led and strength of the magnet can determine whether or not it can attract another magnet or attracted metal on the other side of the led.

I know that led blocks out most radiation, I never personally did an experiment on whether or not led can deflect or absorbe magnetic waves.
