That is absolutely possible, but the deck will probably involve a dark armed dragon which is worth 150 by itself, so if you already have one then it is probably a better idea to build it yourself.

I personally would trade some of your more valuable cards for the cards you need to make a dark armed deck, rather than a deck made solely from phantom darkness cards.
