It will only make the hairs look beige and ur face would look fuzzy.

U need to wax it off first. Go to a drugstore- they sell lots of waxing products for facial hair.

i dont think so i mean like would it stick up and it would the same color as ur face so idk try waxing or somting of go to the mall to the as seen on tv store and get the trimmer or whatever its called

You can't cover facial hair because it's a natural part of your body. You would have to remove the hair yourself by waxing, shaving (less painless route) or plucking which I don't recommend except for eyebrows.

No, it would just get attached to the facial hair which would make your make-up look cakey. You have to wax or bleach it.
