Can male exist without female?

There is the Yin Yang theory in Taoism that states that every force or object has its counterpart. Therefore a proton does not exist without an electron, a male god does not exist without a female god.

My question is: Why is God male, not neutral gender?

The Jewish god is male, but there is a multitude of goddesses in other traditions. And, of course, since you are asking this in the biology forum, I have to tell you all of them are mythical and not real.

As for the first part of your question, a male can live a life without a female once born, but then there won't be any more without females.

That's a question for the Religion section, not the biology section.  It probably comes from Abraham, and was maintained by Moses -- because the people Moses was trying to get to follow him were more apt to follow the story of a male god than a female one.
