Can metro pcs flash my samsung instinct?

well i don't have the phone yet, but I'm in the market for one.....and will i be able to send photo messages? like to my email account, after it is flashed?

Yes Metro PCS can flash your Samsung Instinct. I already have one flashed to metro. However, you can only make calls and text unless you change the data settings. After the phone has been flashed the carrier code will be set to zeros ( ##000000# ) input that on the dial pad and and press call. That takes you to the nam programing menu for the handsets phone number and MEID. You can have the handsets roam to set up activation yourself by entering ( *228 ) on the dial pad and press call. To configure data enter ( ##data# ) data is 2382 on the dial pad. Then press call... This will bring up the data configuration menu to allow settings for the browser, email and multimedia etc...  Just google metro pcs data settings for the configurations. That's how I got everything working. Great phone but I still prefer my Unlocked iPhone on T-mobile. Work pays for the phone plan and gsm is easier to unlock and change settings. But can't beat the unlimited plans on Metro.
