They will eat Tofu, but it makes for an expensive mouse food. I'm sure the stuff they sell in pet stores is 90% soy bassed anyway.

Not a popular topic in this section, but mice can eat anything humans can, and that's one reason they are used in place of humans in lab experiments.

Yes. Tofu is just a cooked bean. And since mice can eat beans, they can eat Tofu.

Yes, they can.  But tofu is very high in protein, and some mice will get "hot spots", which are bald patches, if their diet is more than 12% protein, so feed it sparingly.
