Can mini chopper ride's on the the streets?

Like if i buy one can i ride it to arounnd town or to my school?

And if it's under 100cc do u have to a driver license? im 15

mini choppers are not street legal.

they are also junk. do not waste your

money.

laws vary by state, but yes you'd need a liscense in most... and i'm not too sure whether they're street legal or not... again vary by state... in texas a bike just has to have a horn, a mirror, front and back turn signals, headlight with high beam and a tail light that brightens when the brakes are used, and of course a liscense plate.

And in Texas it has to have a title and you need a MSO to get that and those little toy ones so not have it. All the lights and turn signals in the world do not make up for haveing a title. No title means no plate.

2nd, If it were, you would need a license.

3rd, you can't get a license at 15.
