From the United States, going into Mexico on I-35.

Is it legal?

  1. No. They won't let you across. Not legal. You have to be 18 or older to leave the country without a guardian unless you are flying and even then you need a special pass.


  2. IF your 16 years old or older then yes it is legal to go un-escorted.

    If  you are under that age then forget about it except for special circumstances like when you have permision for a parent/Guardian.
