  1. i dry my mint leaves in the micro. the time is minutes instead of hours. just check them every 30 seconds or so on a lower setting. when they can be crumbled, and no more moisture can be felt or seen, they are done. put in an air tight container so they will not draw moisture from the air. all mint (and most herbs) can be done like this.


  2. Yes you can, but I would suggest hanging in bunches upside down in natural warmth, sunny room or even hot water cupboard.

  3. yes... but at very low temperatures... if you have an oven with a pilot light, it might be warm enough to dry the leaves.... leave the oven door propped open so the moisture can escape.
