Can more than two people play pool??

me and a couple of friends wanna play pool and we want to know whether or not we need to play two at a time and loser gets off the table or if there is a way we can play at the same time

Yes    you   all   can    play.    You    could    play   partners   8   ball    or   a    9    ball    ring  game   where   all    you   can   play    at    the    same   time.    You   could    also    play    check.    They   are    many    ways   to    play   pool    but   the   important   thing    to    do     is     fun.

Multiple people can play @ da same time in whats called a ring game. U must play 7, 9, or 10-ball in order for it to go right. Every1 takes a certain order to shoot. Its jus like playing with 2 people such as you shoot til u miss but the downfall is when u miss, u'll be waiting longer to shoot again since u have more people shooting after you. Ring games r more of a money game tho. Or you could try cut-throat.

Yes I'm by no means a pool shark, but I've played 8 ball with teams.  You alternate turns both on teams and players(ie Player 1 from team a goes first then player 1 on team B then Player2 team A then Player 2 team b)  When we had 3 players we played "Killer" Each player was assigned a set of numbers (1-5, 6-10, 11-15) the goal is to have one of you balls left on the table at the end so  you'd shoot for the other players numbers,  but I'm sure there is many more variations of pool you could play
