Yes they can, they both belong to poeccilia, but due to their genetic distance, it is hard and possibli deadly for hybrids, but yeas it is possible.

yes, they can .. btw spices does not matter when hybridizing look at the genus. most animals within the same genus will hybridize. even some outside of a genus. also  

Got to go with a no. They are a completely different species. Come to think of it, I can't think of any kind of hybrid fish. .. parrot fish, balloon mollies. i think all molly's can be hybridized
