  1. yes. I have been attacked by mosquitoes on many rainy days. They don't really like the wind though.


  2. i personally am witnessing mosquitoes biting and flying and it is currently raining and the wind is @ 5-10 mph. they're really just kinda clinging on to my arms & legs as they pass. it looks as though they are flying with or maybe in the current. i,m sure their bodies must have some rain density and wind speed limits but @ least in this storm they're biting me.
