  1. Yeah like I told Mike, I didn't mean to post it here. I f you don't want to answer it don't post on it, my bad I apologize.

  2. More than likely it would pass inspection, but don't expect to take it out on the highway as it is definitely underpowered.  Your tiny bike would be suitable for in town transportation in most states but dangerous and illegal on freeways.

  3. Does it have a headlight, tail lights, license, VIN number, brake lights, turnsignals and a horn.  If so, you may be able to.  Call your local DMV and ask them.  They're the ones who will tell you yes or no.

  4. Not unless you have a title and you need a mso with the bike to get a title. Those are toys. And if it should be able to pass you state will have a minimum age to ride it on the public roads.

  5. Minimum requirements to pass inspection -

    Street legal tires

Headlight with high & low beam

    Tail light

    Brake light

    Turn signals

    Horn

    Mirror

    Brakes

No, that bike will not pass inspection as is.

    You can register anything.

My motocross bike has a registration - license plate.

It won't pass inspection, so it is not street legal.
