  1. I would not do that, it could take the babies breath

  2. Yikes, I would be so worried about something flying up and hitting him. I would say wait until he is older and out of a car seat. Plus, the car seat elevates the baby.

  3. babies have a gasp reflex (this is so when they are born they start breathing) - so if they get wind on their faces they immediately gasp (try blowing on your son's face and see how he gasps for breath and takes in big gulps of air).

If you ride in the car with the top down and baby gets the breeze on him he will start to find it difficult to breath. I'm not exactly sure when this reflex goes away (i have a 7 mth old who still has it and a 2 year old that doesn't - so i'm guessing around 1year???) but once it does then you should be fine :)

  4. I would say no at this point.  The wind blowing into his face would cause him to hold his breath and that can cause it's own issues.  Wait until he no longer holds his breath when you blow into his face before you take the top off of the jeep with him in it. You can check with your pediatrician to find out approximately how old he will be when that reflex starts to disappear.
