Can my 6week old get back from mexico with a birth certificate?

we are going to mexico in two weeks can my 6 week old get back with just a birth certificate or does she need some other kind of id?

If  you are flying, the baby needs a passport, just like the adults.  If you are travelling by LAND,  just the birth certificate is fine for the baby.
